Kelly, Massage Therapist

Treatment room experience

About me.

I am a qualified massage therapist, and love what I do with a great passion. I worked hard to train and qualify, and my main goal is to pass on pure relaxation and peace to you, your body and your mind. Total tranquility is my goal. Many people nowadays worry about their inside health and their physical health but don’t think of their other systems; for example their skin, bloodstream and it’s circulation. Massage can work wonders for all of these. I love the skin, being the largest organ of body and working with it is another passion of mine….the skin deserves our attention.

Why me?

I love my job and my passion burns bright. I enjoy working with all skin types and all people. Meeting new clients is a wonderful thing to experience each day. I offer an individual package that is tailored each person, as no two bodies or skin types are the same. To achieve relaxation and happiness in each client makes my job worth while. Your session with me is always about you, and your inner peace

2 Day Retreats

2 days retreats are offered in this deeply relaxing and nurturing methodology of movement, mindfulness and breath work. Explore how yoga can be expressed standing, seated or lying down. Learn how to help individuals with physical challenges partake in this very special therapy.Explore them all yourself along with more traditional yoga movements. Learn how to combine them with positive affirmations and enchanted yoga poses, playfulness and games to enhance mental flexibility, expansiveness and memory. Discover how all abilities, needs, ages and body shapes can be included within the practice of Yoga to bring relief, release and peace.

No previous experience necessary. This can purely be time out for yourself as part of self care and nurture or it can be learned as beneficial techniques to help family and friends, or as additional layers of knowledge and methods to bring to existing therapies, in a relaxed, peaceful and practical day.

Workshops can be centred around specific needs and abilities such as autism and ADHD as well as other different abilities and needs including mental health challenges.

The 2 day retreat is truly blissful time out, with lots of time taken with exploring the self and with self care. This allows us to then provide the best level of care to those in our families, schools or clientele. Topics from the workshop are explored in more depth and a greater range of movement, mindfulness and breath work is shared.

Please do contact me if you would like a workshop centred around a particular need or group. These workshops can be delivered to children, friends and family, care providers, teachers, therapists, schools, special schools, children’s homes, businesses, organisations, charities or to groups at Bossington Hall.
